Cuban Mango Ice Cream Scoop (Paddle)

An ice cream scoop made of Cuban Mango with low lights filled in knots and cracks, accentuating the naturally multicolored wood. The grain is almost too pretty to place in a drawer.  A true, one of a kind.

Finished with food grade oils for water resistance.  The chrome paddle is removeable for cleaning.

  On this piece, the paddle is slightly offset as the piece had a natural irregularity that needed repaired and forced the insert off-center.  This does not affect the functionality of the item in any way.

CARE: Scoop should be rinsed in hot water with mild detergent, and well rinsed.  Towel or air dry.  Periodic application of food safe kitchen oil (we use sweet almond or coconut oils), in a very light application rubbed on wooden surface, and buffed.
